Communication
I have transcribed texts, emails, letters, love journal/diary entries and the nursing notes, and have tried to put them in chronological order, incl. recordings along with any available transcripts, both official and unofficial ones.
I'm only human and I make mistakes, so if you notice any (for example my own typos, wrong order, broken links, texts/emails etc. that are missing), please don't hesitate to let me know (via DM on twitter or via email at angy@deppdive.net)!

Quick info:
- text in italics = my own notes/time conversions in the "text" or "date/time" columns
- Be aware that there are a lot of mistakes/typos in the documents and therefore in my transcription and due to the amount of it, I did not add "[sic]", because at least to me that would have just been irritating.
- "(reads to the words)" = a text was read out during the UK trial, but not fully transcribed, so sadly there are words or even sentences missing

- (r) = time recalculated/converted to LA time by NGN's team as stated in the NGN CS
- Whenever a time is listed for a text/email, but the UTC isn't, that means I don't know the UTC. (Unless I forgot to add it, which hopefully I didn't.)
- time zones: LA = UTC-7/-8 , Boston = UTC-4, Bahamas = UTC-5, Australia (Brisbane) = UTC+10
- regarding texts etc. that were only read out, I'm using the word "paraphrased" for anything that was either paraphrased or indirectly quoted, since I don't know what words were actually used
- The page numbers I listed for trial transcripts and deposition transcripts refer to the transcript page, not the document page. A lot of the transcripts have a document page with 4 transcript pages, so a doc might have about 50 pages with 200 transcript pages.
The page numbers I listed would refer to the 200 pages. Example: this is page 32 of the doc, but it's pages 817-820 of the transcript, so I would refer to for example page 818 ("UK05//818"), not page 32.
- I did not list every single doc a specific text etc. appeared in. Meaning, if, for example, we already have a text via an exhibit and it was also
read out during a deposition or can be found in another doc, I would not list the deposition transcript page or the other doc, unless there was additional or different info (like information that was redacted in the exhibit, different punctuation etc.).
- If we have screenshots of the actual texts and they were also transcribed by NGN (or through trial transcripts etc.) and I point out differences between the screenshots and the transcription, even if they are very minor differences, it's not to say "maybe their version is
correct" (which is the case for when we don't have screenshots of the actual texts), but to point out that transcriptions (incl. official ones and my own) aren't 100% reliable

01) random texts sent by or to Savannah McMillan that can be found in Kevin Murphy's WS02, since they were only provided to show that
she was indeed Amber Heard's assistant and I think including these texts that have nothing to do with anything else would just be confusing without context
02) communications between the US trial lawyers
03) various texts/text exchanges with Lily-Rose Depp regarding her drug use
04) texts mentioned in nursing notes, because they are generally only partially quoted, paraphrased or summed up (they are still transcribed within the nursing notes, just not separately)
05) media inquiries (asking for comments about upcoming stories etc.) and communications between lawyers (unless they are part of a chain with non-lawyers) that were posted by Adam Waldman on twitter
06) the first text by Jodi Gottlieb here from November 05, 2015, since it's random text with no context and we have no other communications from around that time
07) these texts by Laura Divenere, because they were only provided to show that she was also working for Elon Musk
08) these texts by Brandon McCulloch (via the now-gone Mythnmonsters twitter account)
Abbreviations (click to expand)
- UK02//258 = UK Trial transcript Day 02 page 258
- US02 = US Trial transcript Day 02 (keep in mind that the count for the days in the transcripts is different, because they are counting jury selection day as Day 01. So "Day 02" would be the transcript of Day 03.
- NGN CS = NGN Closing Submissions
- AH MtD = Amber Heard's Motion to Dismiss
- UK JD/NGN OS = UK Trial - Johnny Depp/NGN Opening Statement
