Johnny

- threw a glass decanter at her

- slapped her

- grabbed her by her hair and dragged her through the apartment, from stairwell to office to living room to kitchen to bedroom to guest room

- pulled large chunks of hair and sculp out of her head

- hit her in the back of her head

- grabbed her hair again and dragged her up the last few steps on the stairs

- shoved her a couple of times

- kept hitting her

- knocked her to the floor (an unspecified number of times, but she kept standing back up "each time")

- head-butted her by hitting her nose with his forehead, her nose started bleeding

- pushed her, grabbed her by the hair and dragged her again from one room to the next and to the upstairs office

- grabbed her by her throat, pushed her to the ground and hit her in the back of her head.

- grabbed her by her hair, slapped her in the face

- dragged her all over the carpet

- got on top of her on the bed, pushed her face into the mattress, smothered her and pulled out more hair

- punched her in the head

Amber

- doesn't remember what happened after the bed splintered

- woke up (to Rocky yelling) on the floor surrounded by chunks of her hair and blood

- had horrible headaches and pain in her face for at least a week

- called a nurse & did a concussion check over the phone

James Corden Show, Dec 16, the day after the incident:

- they covered her bruises with lots of makeup

- they covered her bleeding and swollen lip with red lipstick

- her ribs were hurt and her movement was stiff, she was in pain

When she saw nurse Erin on Dec 17, Amber claims she

- had "two black eyes, a broken nose and a broken lip, bruised ribs, bruises all over" her body, incl. on her forearms and really bad ones in her hairline, scalp, chin

- had chunks of hair missing and there was pus in her wounds, in her hairline, she had dark red bruises (purple/red) on her temples and chin and the inside of her upper lip was cut

A few days after the incident AH spoke to JD about what happened and the only thing worth mentioning to him was that he head-butted her.
